Ping Cooldown Policy
- All pings that include a here, everyone, or staff team ping will have a 12 hour cooldown
- All pings that include single team pings like moderation will have a 6 hour cooldown.
- Member pings have no cooldown. SHR may request an 1 hour cooldown if they have some reasons to not get pinged constantly, this will be under single SHR membership discretion.
- Ping cooldown policy can be avoided only if a necessary ping for something is needed. It can only be avoided if a SHR approves the ping.
Reinstatement Policy
- Mandatory Waiting Period – A minimum of 48 hours must pass before submitting a request for reinstatement.
- Rank Reinstatement – Former staff members may return to their previous rank/team they were in, within one month of departure. After this period, reinstatement will mostly be considered in the team below.
- You need to be staff for 2+ weeks after your training to get retirement privileges such as former staff role, possibility to reinstate again, and staff chat bypass role.
- This depends for SHR’s
- You can only reinstate twice.
CRP Appeals Policy
- An appeal is not an apology! Appeals should only be submitted if the punishment was unfair or incorrect. Do not use "sorry" as the basis of an appeal.
- "I didn't know" will no longer be considered a valid appeal beyond the rank of Senior Moderator.
- If an appeal is accepted, the Reinstatement Rules still apply.
- Blacklist and terminations can be appealed by everyone, but there are certain scenarios when a vote from the SHR team is required to appeal a blacklist or termination.
Inactivity Strikes Policy
- You get an inactivity strike when you don’t complete your quota. (Sub quota for HR’s can be used only 1-2 times per month.)
- If you take Inactivity Strike II you will be demoted to your trial rank, that means that if you are head or any other rank in a team, you will be demoted to the trial rank of that same team.
- If you are on trial when you get your Inactivity Strike II, you will be demoted to the head rank of the previous team you were in. If that rank is claimed, you will be moved to the senior rank.
- You can take a maximum number of 2 inactivity strikes, at the Inactivity Strike III you will be terminated from the staff team.
- Inactivity strikes are hardly appealed, and you need to have a valid reason to do so.
- Demotion rule at inactivity strike 2, changed to SV+. Admins and mods will be directly fired at inactivity strike 2 in case, but won't be demoted at inactivity strike 2.
Staff Terms of Service
Upon becoming a staff member, you automatically agree to our staff terms of service, which are as follows:
- Staff must act respectfully and professionally at all times, both in and out of the server. (No trolling in other ERLC servers)
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying are strictly prohibited.
- Confidential information about players or staff must not be shared outside of staff channels.
- Staff must exclusively use their server-related permissions for legitimate purposes and never for personal gain or to gain unfair advantages.
- All staff members are required to read and follow all official staff regulation documents and guidelines provided by SHR+.
- All staff members are required to stay up-to-date on rule changes and updates to staff policies. (Ignorance of rules is not an excuse for violations.)
- We reserve the right to remove or terminate any staff member at any time for repeated failure to follow staff regulations, misuse of staff powers, behaviors damaging the server or its community, and any other form of misconduct.
